Jessica is a talented LA-based singer/songwriter and composer who came to Backstory with the goal of building out a new look and feel tied to an EP release. She wanted to be thoughtful about how the visuals released represented her as an artist. We approached her “vibe” not as we would a brand but instead as an organic representation of the growth and voice of her album and how that could carry her forward toward new music releases and collaborative business opportunities.

Additionally, we created four unique icons that could be used across each track and combined to form the full logo art for the Questions EP and website. Backstory was also responsible for conceptualizing and producing all of the music videos at the iconic venue Catch One in Los Angeles. Below are some of the album visuals as well as a “day in the life” music video we used to kick off her EP release.
